I have relied heavily on this brace for years after my 2nd lateral dislocation. I use them on both knees for a period of time recovering from a dislocation, and as a preventative in the winter and other times I believe have a higher risk to my knees. I have felt it save me from a dislocation numerous times. They are pretty durable and lasted me for a few years before replacement.
